DESCRIPTION

여러 장의 다양한 동물 사진들이 리듬감 있게 배열된다. 이렇게 이미지들이 섞이는 방식은 이 이미지 속 동물들의 교배육종와 흡사하다. 사진에 포착된 지난 날들의 축적. 여기에서 제시되는 동물들은 계속 바뀌지만 노동자들의 경우 같은 사람이 빈번하게 재등장한다.

A multitude of animals brought together in a rhythmical sequence of photographs. The images blend together similar to the cross breeding of animals. An accumulation of bygone days,captured in photos, in which the animals are replaceable, but the same employees frequently reappear. Seeing is comparing; discovering similarities or differences; seeking for an ideal;gratification of curiosity; optimising utilisation

핌 즈비어

로테르담의 피에 츠바르트 학교에서 미술 석사 학위를 받았다. 독립 영화제작자로서 전시, 영화제, 영화관, 텔레비전 상영용 영화들을 만들고 있다. 비주얼 아티스트, 영화 감독으로 일하는 한편, 영화 프로그램을 준비한 바 있다.

I obtained MFA at the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam. I’m an independent filmmaker and make films for cinema, exhibition, film festivals and television. Besides being a visual artist/ film maker I curated several film programs.
