DESCRIPTION

글 길이 막힌 영화감독이 커피숍에 앉아 시나리오를 위한 재료들을 모은다. 감독은 창 밖의 숲, 커피숍 안의 시든 화분, 물을 주문하는 여자손님 등을 보더니 시나리오를 쓰기 시작한다. 화분에 물을 주는 걸 두고 싸우는 커플의 이야기이다.     

A director has writer’s block. Sitting in a café near a forest, he gathers inspiration for his script. He looks out at the vast forest, notices a dried plant in the café, then watches as a woman asks the waiter for a glass of water. He turns these everyday observations into a finished script. The script is about a couple arguing about who’s turn it is to water their plant. 

 

이정우

1985년 출생. 2011년 상명대학교 영화학과를 졸업하였다. 2008년 단편영화 '대결' 이란 작품을 연출하고 2012년 단편영화 '돌아가는 관람차'를 연출하였다. 2014년에는 단편영화 '회문'을 연출하였다. 그의 영화는 인디포럼, 서울독립영화제, 서울국제뉴미디어페스티벌의 본선에 선정되었다.

 LEE Jungwoo

Born in 1985. He graduated from Sangmyung University, where majored in Film studies in 2011. He directed a short film, "Fight", "Turning Ferris Wheel", and so on. His films have screend at Indie Forum, Seoul Independent Film Festival and Seoul International New Media Festival.
