프레데리코 루아스 포르투 알레그리에서 거주하며 활동하고 있는 비주얼 아티스트이자 영화감독이다. 그는 발리 두 리우 도스 시노스 대학교에서 시청각 재현에 대해 공부하였으며 현재 영화, TV, 인터넷 콘텐츠 제작회사인 안티필름에 소속되어 있다.
