DESCRIPTION

2030년 춘천, 타임머신이 개발되자 사람들은 과거를 바꾸어 현재를 바꾸기 위해, 또는 추억과 사랑을 찾아 과거 여행을 떠난다. 정부는 현재를 바꾸려는 사람들을 불법 체류자로 규정하고 시간 감시자들을 과거에 파견한다. 영화는 2013년 춘천의 ‘망대’라는 건물 주위에 모여든 불법체류자들을 통해 현재를 독특한 시각으로 그린다. 극영화와 다큐멘터리의 기이한 결합.

2030, In Chuncheon, time machine is invented, people take risks to travel to the past to change the present by changing the past, or in search of their memories and love. The government labels the timetravelers as illegal immigrants and sends the time inspectors to the past. The film depicts the present with a unique viewpoint through the illigal immigrants who gathered around the watchtower, which is soon to be demolished.

문승욱

1968년생. 폴란드우쯔국립영화학교를 졸업했다. 장편 극영화 <나비>(2001)로 부산영화평론가협회상, 로카르노국제영화제 비평가상, 여우주연상을 수상하였다. 2002년 전주국제영화제 디지털 삼인삼색 <전쟁 그 이후> (2002)를 연출하였고, 현재 한국 지방 도시들에 관한 3D 다큐멘터리를 준비하고 있다.

MOON Seung-wook

Born in 1968, MOON graduated from the National Film School in Łód?. His feature film Nabi won the Busan Film Critics’ Award, Youth Jury Award at the Locarno International Film Festival. In 2002, he directed After War as a part of the project ‘Short Digital Films by Three Filmmakers’ at the Jeonju International Film Festival. He is currently preparing for a 3D documentary project on the suburbs of Korea.
