겐츠 델 발

아티스트이자 예술학 박사인 겐츠 델 발은 현재 바스크지방대학에서 부교수로 재직중이다. 『추상적 드로잉』(2011)의 저자이며, 그녀의 작품은 여성성, 우리와 자연의 관계, 비관습적인 정체성 등을 반영한다. 사진, 조각, 비디오, 드로잉 등을 결합한 설치 작품을 주로 작업한다.

Gentz del Valle

Gentz del Valle (Bizkaia, Spain) is an artist with a PhD in Fine Arts and associate professor of Drawing at the University of the Basque Country. Author of the essay En ausencia del dibujo (2001), her work reflects on femininity, our relationship with nature and unconventional notions of identity. Her exhibitions often take the form of installations that incorporate a variety of media, such as photographs, sculptures, videos and the omnipresent constant of drawing.
