DESCRIPTION

민중미술 조각가 고 구본주의 죽음에 삼성화재는 무직자에 준하는 보상금을 책정하여 1심에 항소한다. 구본주를 기억하고, 거대권력의 폭력에 분노한 많은 사람들이 삼성화재와의 싸움을 시작한다.

To the death of Goo Bon-ju the people’s art sculptor, Samsung fire and marine insurance set compensation as unemployed level and brought the case to the appellate court. However Goo Bon-ju remembered by many people who were outraged by the violent action of the large company. Fight with Samsung fire and marine insurance has started.

 

 

태준식

건국대학교 영화패 '햇살'에서 활동했고 노동자뉴스제작단에서 다큐멘터리 작업을 시작했다. 베를린 영화제 영 포럼에 초청된 <총파업 투쟁 속보>(1997), 올해의 인권영화상과 한국독립단편영화제 우수작품상을 수상한<인간의 시간>(2000), <우리 모두가 구본주다>(2005), <농담 같은 이야기 – 저작권 제자리 찾아주기프로젝트 1.0>(2006)등을 연출했다. 2005년 경성펀드 지원작인 <필승! Ver 2.0 연영석>(2007)은 제12회 부산국제영화제와 제33회 서울독립영화제 등에 상영되었다.

 

Junshik Tae

Born in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do in 1971. He studied film and social issues at Konkuk University and was part of the ‘Haet Sal (Sunshine)’ film society. From 1995 to 2003, he learned about the world by working at Labor News Production. Now he is an independent filmmaker who expresses, survives and speaks out through documentary films.
