DESCRIPTION

작품은 두 개의 다른 시간 속의 두 여정을 엮어낸다. 첫 여정에서는 집으로 가는 여행자가 유럽에서 아시아로 향하는 대륙 횡단 철도를 따라 낡은 기억들을 모은다. 또 다른 여정에서는 오래된 가족사진을 통해 전쟁 기간의 삶을 다시금 떠올린다.

This film intertwines two journeys in two different time periods. In the first one, a traveler on the way home picks up tattered memories of the green years along the transcontinental railway from Europe to Asia; While in the other, the life in war flashes back once again through an old family photo. 

 

 

 팡-추안 후앙 

1988년 타이완 출생. 타이청대학교에서 그래픽디자인을, 파리 소르본대학에서 오디오비주얼을 전공한 그의 커리어는 그래픽 디자인, 사진에서 시작해 영화로 이어지고 있다. 그의 첫 영화인 <리턴>은 클레르몽-페랑국제단편영화제, 푸아티에영화제, FIPA, 가오슝영화제 등 프랑스와 타이완 등지의 주요 영화제에서 상영되었다. 파리와 릴을 오가며 르 프레누아 국립현대예술학교에서 작업 중이다.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 Pang-Chuan HUANG 

b. 1988 in Taiwan, a graphic design graduate at Taichung University (Taiwan) and Cinema and Audiovisual in Paris 3 Sorbonne Nouvelle (France) Pang-Chuan Huang begin his career in graphic design and photography, then cinema. His first film Retour has been presented at major film festivals such as Clermont-Ferrand international court métrage Festival, Poitiers film festival, FIPA, Kaohsiung film festival et Taiwan international documentaire festival etc, between France and Taiwan. He is currently living and working in Paris and Lille, France, at Le Fresnoy - Studio national des arts contemporains.
