DESCRIPTION
한 여자가 원을 그리며 끊임없이 달린다. <달리기>는 움직임의 개념을 ‘극단성’에서 찾아려고 한다. 비디오카메라는 여자의 모든 스텝을 쫓아가며, 그 결과 우리는 어디서 이 장면들이 촬영되었는지 알 수 없게 된다.
In <Running>, the concept of movement is taken to an extreme, the artist running endlessly in a circle.The video camera follows every step of the artist running, and as a result it is difficult to make out where the scene is filmed.

잉힐 칼센 잉힐 칼센은 1952년 트롬쇠에서 출생하였다. 그녀는 예술가이자 세트 디자이너이자 큐레이터 및 조직자로 활동하며, 조각, 공연, 연극, 사진 및 비디오와 같은 다양한 매체를 이용해 작업한다. 그녀의 작품은 많은 박물관 및 개인 수집가들의 컬렉션에서 보여진다. 그녀는 여러 공공 예술 작업을 하였으며, 현재는 오슬로에 거주하며 작업에 매진하고 있다. |
Inghild KARLSEN Inghild Karlsen (born in Tromsø, 1952) works as an artist, set designer, curator and organizer. Karlsen works in many different mediums, such as sculpture, performance, theatre, photography and video. Her work is represented in the collections of numerous museums and private collectors, and she has also accomplished several public art commissions. Karlsen lives and works in Oslo. |
