    KIM seungkyung
    한국영상자료원 수집카탈로킹팀 연구원. 역사학과 영화학을 전공하였고, 한양대에서 영화학 박사학위를 받았다. 한국영화사, 영화산업 등에 관한 연구를 시작으로 VFX, 영화 장르, 문화이론 등에 관한 학술논문을 발표하였다. 현재는 디지털 영상기술에 관심을 가지고 연구 중이다. 전주국제영화제, 울주세계산악영화제 등에서 모더레이터와 심사위원으로 참여하였다.
    Dr. Seungkyung Kim is a researcher of Acquisition & Cataloguing Department at Korea Film Archive. She holds a B.A.(History) and a Ph.D in Cinema Studies from Hanyang University. She teaches courses on film history and culture at Hanyang Univesity. Her research interests include histories of South and North Korean films, film industry, digital VFX, film genre, and cultural theory and currently focus on digital moving-image technologies. She also has worked as a moderator Jeonju International Film Festival(JIFF) and Ulju Mountain Film Festival(UMFF).

    독립 큐레이터이자 연구자, 미술비평가. 2015년부터 운영되고 있는 한국 비디오아트 아카이브 플랫폼 [더 스트림](www.thestream.kr)의 설립자이자 디렉터이다. 최근 기획으로는 《직면하는 이동성: 횡단, 침투, 정지하기》(2021-2022, 아르코미술관), 국립현대미술관 협력 큐레이터로 필름앤비디오 《디어 시네마: 차이와 반복》에서 《비디오 심포니: 연접, 이접, 통접의 서곡》(2019)이 있다. 《비디오 포트레이트》(2017), 《비디오 랜드스케이프》(2018), 《비디오/스펙트럼/댄스》(2019), 《비디오 액츠》(2020) 등 연구를 기반으로 한 기획을 통해서 동시대 한국 영상예술의 지형도 그리기를 한다. 홍익대, 부산대, 건국대, 세종대, 서울예대 등에서 강의했고, 국립아시아문화전당(ACC) 문화정보원 비디오아트와 실험영화 아카이브 심의위원, 광주문화재단 미디어아트 유네스코 창의도시 자문위원과 미디어문화예술채널 앨리스온 편집위원을 역임했다. 최근 주요 연구로 『비대면시대의 영상예술: 넷플릭스 시대, 네트워크 기반 비디오아트 경험의 문제』(2021), 『동시대 예술의 자동화 연구』(2021), 『크리티컬 아카이브: 비디오 아카이브 플랫폼의 미래』(2021), 『동시대 영상예술의 지형도 그리기』(2018-2019)가 있다. 최근 공저로 『Video Portrait』(2017, 토탈프레스),『아르코 미디어챕터』(2019, 아르코미술관), 『NJP 리더 #11: 비디오 디지털 공유지』(2021, 백남준아트센터), 『Video Acts』(2022, 토탈프레스) 등이 있다. 
    Sera Jung is the founder and director of the Korean video art archive platform THE STREAM (www.thestream.kr). She is also the editor-in-chief of the video art criticism journal of the same name. She curates and writes with interests in visual art curating, with a focus on media art, researching public archives for video art / the moving image, and possibilities for critical expansion. Major exhibitions she has recently curated include ARKO Art Center Screening Program 《Facing Mobility: Crossing, Infiltrating, and Stopping 》(2021-2022), 《Video Symphony: An Overture of Connection, Disjunction and Conjunction 》(2019), a part of the MMCA Film & Video 《Dear Cinema: Difference and Repetition》, which she participated in as collaborating curator, and she experiments with mapping a topography of Korean video art by curating a series of video art exhibitions including 《Video Portrait (2017), 《Video Landscape 》(2018), 《Video/Spectrum/Dance》 (2019), and 《Video Acts》 (2020). Her recent publications include “Video Art in the Untact Era: Issues of Experiencing Network-Based Video Art in the Netflix Era”, Arts Council Korea (2021), NJP Reader 『Video Digital Commons』(2021, NJP Art Center), 『Arko Media Chapter』, ARKO Art Center(2019, co-author), 『Video Portrait』, Total Press (2017, co-author), and 『THE STREAM Vol.3.5』, The Medium (2016, publisher and co-author).

    김신재는 서울에서 기획자이자 프로듀서로 활동한다. 현실을 재구성하는 리서치 실천과 학제적 접근에 관심을 두고, 주로 시간 기반 프로젝트에 함께 했다. 서울미디어시티비엔날레와 국립현대미술관 필름앤비디오 큐레토리얼팀, 영화제 프로그램팀, 해외배급사 등에서 일했으며, 미술과 영화, 퍼포먼스의 확장된 영역에서 대화와 맥락을 만드는 일에 동행한다.
    Shinjae Kim is a curator, producer and writer based in Seoul. Focusing on the research practice and interdisciplinary approaches for reconstructing realities, Kim contributes to the development and presentation of mainly time-based projects. She previously worked at the curatorial team of Seoul Mediacity Biennale, Film and Video at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea, programming team of documentary film festival and distribution to facilitate dialogs and contextualization in expanded fields of visual art, film and performance.

    한국영상대학교 영화영상(학)과 교수 겸 영상산업정책연구소 소장이며, 한국영화학회 국내학술 상임이사, 한국공연문화학회 편집위원, 한양대학교 현대영화연구소 편집위원장으로 일하고 있다. 대학에서 영화학 전공 후 예술학석사, 영화학박사, 문학박사 학위를 취득하였고, 한국, 북한, 일본, 중화권 영화사를 아우르는 동북아시아 영화사를 연구 중이다. 최근의 저서로는 『한일 영화 교류․관계사』(한국학술정보, 2021), 『스크린 위의 테크노피아: 영화 텍스트에 재현된 기술-문명의 세계』(박이정, 2022) 등이 있다.
    Ham is currently working as a professor of Dept. of Film Production and the director of IIIP(Institute of Image Industry & Policy) at Korea University of Media Arts. He has served as the standing director of domestic academics of the Korean Films Association, an editorial member of the Research of Performance Art and Culture, and the editorial chair of the Contemporary Cinema Research Institute at Hanyang University. He received B.D., M.D. and Ph. D. in film studies from Hanyang University and also Ph. D in literature from Korea University. Northeast Asian cinema history is the main research area. His major books are (2021) and (2022), etc.

    대학에서는 미술을 전공했다. 졸업 후에는 페인팅 개인전 <-8.5의 감성, 2011>, <코스모스, 2013>를 개최했다. 2015년부터 영상 작업을 시작했다. <피아노 프리즘, 2021>, <덩어리, 2016>, <블라인드 필름, 2016>, <봄날, 2018> 등을 연출했다. 부산국제영화제, 제천국제음악영화제, 서울독립영화제 등에서 상영한 이력이 있다. 최근에는 영상과 피아노 연주를 결합한 오디오비주얼 퍼포먼스에 집중하고 있다. 피아노 에세이 <피아노를 치며 생각한 것들>(원더박스), 공황장애를 다룬 에세이 <넌 생생한 거짓말이야>(이상북스)를 출간했다.
    Oh Jae Hyeong majored in Painting at university. After his graduation, he held a painting solo exhibition 'Sensitivity of -8.5'(2011) and 'Cosmos'(2013). He started working on videos in 2015. He directed films such as  'The Lump'(2016), 'Blind Film'(2016), 'A Spring Day'(2018), 'Piano Prism' (2021).  He have screened at the 'Busan International Film Festival', 'Jecheon International Music & Film Festival', 'Seoul Independent Film Festival'. In recent years, audio visual performance has been combined with video and piano performance.

    칠레의 영화감독이자 공연예술가, 큐레이터. INVE Experimental Arts Platform의 디렉터이자 창립자. DANIELA LILLO는 전문가뿐만 아니라 문화에 접근하기 어려운 관객들에게 교육 활동, 제작 및 영화예술 전시 기획을 총괄해왔다.

    Chilean filmmaker, Master in experimental production, performance art artist and curator, currently residing in Madrid. Director and founder of INVE Experimental Arts Platform from where she has oriented her management to coordinate educational activities, production and cinematographic exhibition both for professionals in the area, as well as for audiences with difficult access to culture.

    CHOI JungE

    최정은 교수는 현대 예술과 기술, 그리고 디지털 미디어 문화를 학제교환적으로 연구하는 이론가이자 큐레이터이다. 홍익대학교 졸업, 뉴욕대(NYU)에서 시각문화이론으로 석사를, 듀크대 (Duke University)에서 미술사와 미디어이론으로 박사를 받고 현재 듀크 쿤샨 대학교 (Duke Kunshan University)에서 예술사, 시각 문화와 미디어 이론을 가르치는 교수이자, 미디어와 예술 (Media and Arts) 전공 책임자로 재직 중이다. 서울 아트센터 나비와 독일 ZKM 등, 현대 미술관에서 큐레이터로 재직하였으며, 현재도 디지털 휴머니티 연구 프로젝트에 기반한 전시기획을 이어가고 있다.

    Jung E. Choi, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Art History and Visual Studies at Duke Kunshan University. Choi received a MA from New York University specializing in Visual Culture Theory and earned a Ph.D. from Duke University with a specialization in Visual and Media Studies. She also earned the graduate certificate in information science and studies that offered research and training in digital humanities. Choi has worked as a curator at international media art institutions, including Art Center Nabi, Seoul, Korea, and ZKM Karlsruhe, Germany, and continues to work as an independent curator and exhibition director for various digital humanities research projects.
