영상 속 인물들은 움직임 테라피스트의 안내에 따라 신체를 움직이며 명상의 상태로 진입한다. 다국어적 환경에 놓인 이들은 긴장된 발화의 신체적 기억 속으로 들어가 그 너머 자신만의 언어로 한 걸음 더 나아간다. 이들의 신체 움직임은 움직임 테라피스트의 언어, 작가가 이민자로서 겪은 불안을 비인간 존재로 은유한 글쓰기, 그리고 심리 상담사와 주고받은 서신의 텍스트와 교차된다. 정신적, 신체적, 연대적 활동으로서의 언어는 신체적 감각을 전자신호처럼 가시화한 그래픽과 트라우마에 대한 글쓰기를 통해 표현되고, 트라우마 이후의 공동 미래를 구성하는 시작점이 된다.

The figures in the video follow the guidance of a movement therapist, gradually entering a meditative state through bodily movement. Situated in a multilingual environment, they access the physical memory of tense speech and move beyond it, toward a language of their own. Their movements intersect with the therapist’s spoken prompts, the artist’s writing that metaphorically renders immigrant anxiety as non-human entities, and correspondence with a psychotherapist. Language—understood as a mental, physical, and relational activity—is expressed through graphic visuals that visualize bodily sensations like electronic signals, alongside allied writing that addresses trauma. Together, these layered elements trace the beginning of a shared future beyond trauma.
