ARTIST'S NOTE

인류 역사 속 여성의 ‘몸’은 끊임없이 해석되고 규정되어 왔다. 20대 여성인 나 역시 그 담론에서 자유롭지 않다. 나의 몸은 자연이면서도 정치화된 문화 속에서 재구성된다. 다른 여성들은 자기 몸을 어떻게 바라볼까? 몸의 존재감은 시간과 공간에 따라 달라지는데, 이 감각은 어디서 비롯될까? 영화는 이 질문에서 출발했다.

Throughout history, the female body has been interpreted and defined in countless ways. Even as a woman in my twenties today, I find myself shaped by these ongoing conversations. My body is something inherently natural, yet it’s continually reframed within the context of culture and politics. I often wonder how other women see themselves-how they experience their own bodies. The sense of embodiment seems to shift with time and place. Where does this feeling come from? That’s the very question at the heart of this film.
